Through motivational speaking and and empowerment events, Shana is known for providing a transformational experience for people to transform their pain and past into purpose. 

With a heart for young people and personal experience as a juvenile delinquent, she launched a program titled:Social Butterflii for a new generation of girls - empowering them to be resilient. This program has partnered with various organizations including Juvenile Detention Centers, Public School Districts, and Boys & Girls Clubs across the country.
